26 October 2008

-It's been a hectic month but i managed to pick this project back up a few days ago! Finished re-compositing the Bugatti model and doing some minor tweaking in the topology's ring loops. Hope you enjoy! Stop by for the next project!

-2nd down my list is my Space Marine that I've wanted to make for the Unreal Tournament 3 for awhile now. Comments are always welcome! I used the same techniques I learned on online tutorials by various game modeling veterans of the industry. Learning new ways to go about things is the only way to go! I may or may not finish all 5 models before renewing my demo reel. Depending on when my computer finally dies from my abuse, it may just be 3 or 4...

3 July 2008

-1st of 5 models I have lined up to showcase my current skills and get rid of some gawd-aweful models I did while in school. This one I named after my awesome cat Zoe. Stop back later for the next project!

-I was sitting at home watching one of my favorite shows, "Dirty Jobs" the other day and decided that Mike Rowe would be pretty fun to model. Modeled and unwrapped his head in Max and finished in about 4 hours. Took 4 hours to fish for images of his features online (not easy) and scrapping them all together in Photoshop for all the texture maps. Enjoy!

-Added 2 more images in the 3D Gallery. The FBI Agent and screen shots of a town I'm currently working on. It is still quite far from completion! Temples, gardens, paths, trees etc... I may need to upgrade hardware because it's starting to bog down heh! Drop me a line if you have any ideas for me!

12 May 2008

-OFFICIALLY launching the new website. Hope yall like it. Still a bug in it but I'll catch it eventually.

29 April 2008

-My end of the responsibilities for the project is over and I'm going to relax and regroup! shweet. Atleast I had the day off for my birthday!

31 March 2008

-While I'm doing a skills test for an awesome gaming company, I took up a freelance job for an architectural firm. Pretty much doing lighting, texturing, and model editing with a great group of people. 60-70 hours a week to make a deadline doesn't seem so bad!

20 March 2008

-Graduated today from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh! I'm so glad to see my family visiting from VA beach! Also, it was such an exciting event! I had a few interviews with a few companies and I'm pleased to have my foot in the door coming soon! Until my first job starts, I'm going to rest...
